Dr Vikki Hunkin is one of only two practitioners on the specialist register in neuropsychology in Cornwall to have achieved the QiCN qualification. This is rated as the “gold standard” in neuropsychology by the British Psychological Society, lending her expert evidence extra weight and the highest level of credibility.

We have experience dealing with solicitors, barristers, insurers and the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority and understand the importance of delivering immediately understandable, robust expert witness reports that are not bogged down in jargon. Dr Hunkin is listed on the Directory of Expert Witnesses and undertakes legal aid funded work.

Dr Vikki Hunkin is a highly experienced Consultant Clinical Neuropsychologist, holding the profession’s highest level of post-doctoral qualification.

Most importantly, we understand the increasingly tight timescales required of legal aid funded work and can often see clients at short notice.

Comprehensive, reliable expert witness reports are then prepared quickly and accurately, ready for submission, ensuring that specific questions are answered in straight-forward English.

Dr Hunkin holds the Cardiff University Bond Solon (CUBS) Expert Witness Civil Certificate and has wide experience of meetings with counsel. She is HCPC registered and is one of the few practising psychologists in Cornwall to hold the Qualification in Clinical Neuropsychology (QicN), regarded by the British Psychological Society as the “gold standard.”
